TBE (Tick-borne encephalitis) is prevelent in Sweden even in built up areas such as Stockholm and most people are vaccinated. This requires 3 doses of the vaccin over a period of 12 to 18 months for full protection.

We do not vaccinate children (under 16 years). For vaccination, you need to make an appointment. We can also offer health tests before your trip and check whether you have an increased risk of deep vein thrombosis before traveling. We can also take bloodtests for those who have returned from broad and suspect they may have picked up an infection.

These range from diseases transmitted by insects and ticks, infections from water and food, viral and bacterial diseases and tuberculosis and other social ills.
